Tried my hand at making kim chee.

Wed May 19

Beef and turkey tacos for dinner. Steak, grill jalapenos & yellow squash for lunch.

Tue May 18

Salmon & shrimp spring rolls for lunch with fried rice and hot broth on the side.

I made chicken pho broth yesterday afternoon with the usual spices. Breakfast this morning was chicken Pho with all the fixings.
